From December 14th to 28th, Mr. Hu Xiang, the executive director of the company, led the company's executives to form an inspection team and went to the treasure island-Taiwan to conduct an in-depth inspection of the catering industry.
In this inspection tour, it is mainly investigated in the local well-known beverage enterprises, such as: Tripod King Restaurant, Testy, Wu-Tau, Ding Tai Fung, etc., from their management method to corporate culture, he had done a detailed understanding and in-depth exploration in the trends and product quality. In addition, the delegation members also communicated with the local food experts, celebrities, and discussed the trend of the catering industry, paved the way and promoted for the young branding, but also create an opportunity to promote cross-strait food culture.
Through this study, the delegation not only saw the development trend and scale of Taiwan's catering industry, but also had a more clear understanding of themselves, also their owns strengths and weaknesses, and laid a solid foundation to development for young people in the new century.
